One of our main goals is to stay on time
for all appointments. You can help us by being on time for your appointment.
If you must reschedule for any reason, please give us as much advance notice
as possible.

Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If
you cannot keep your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours advance
notice. If you are scheduled for a surgical appointment, we ask that you give us a minimum of 5 days notice.
