Financial Options & Policies

Our goal is to provide periodontal treatment in a warm and caring environment. We understand financial pressures and our treatment recommendations tend to be conservative whenever possible. We also strive to make treatment affordable by keeping our fees reasonable and providing a variety of financial options.

Dental Insurance

As a service to our patients, we will submit charges to your insurance company. Please bring all necessary forms with you to your appointment. When the payment of insurance claims is assigned to us, the portion which is payable by you is due at the time of treatment.

Medical Insurance

In some circumstances, medical insurance may pay for surgical procedures. Please bring or provide your information if you have medical insurance that may cover oral surgical procedures.

Payment Options

We have a variety of fee arrangements to allow excellent care to as many patients as possible. We accept most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex & Discover). We will be glad to discuss these with you upon your arrival.

Please understand that you are ultimately responsible for any portion of the treatment cost not covered by your insurance.
